Dumezweni Leeroy Sidambe is the Group CEO and Founder of Sakhile Ezweni. A young, determined and well versed qualified Security, Events and Projects Management fundi, whose desire remains in adding value where it’s needed, alleviating poverty and empowering the community which led to his entrepreneurship dream of establishing Sakhile Ezweni.

Leeroy has worked on monumental projects in South Africa including being one of the people who spearheaded the security during the first world cup to be hosted on African Soil in 2010 and the send-off of uTata Nelson Mandela. There’s no doubt that being exposed to myriad projects led him to carve an entrepreneurship journey were through his experience, he continues to impart his garnered business acumen and knowledge with young people and women who are employed at Sakhile Ezweni.
Mr Sidambe also believes in giving back and empowering underprivileged communities and young people, hence the development of the Sakhile Ezweni adopt a student and anti-drug and substance abuse campaign.

Ms Kgaugelo Grace Kekana is a Chartered Financial Accountant who boasts of 16 years of experience in Finance and Tax Management. She has though her career garnered experience as a Financial Accountant, Tax, Trading, and funding operations. She is currently the General Manager; Finance and Operations at Sakhile Ezweni where she oversees the Finance and Operations of the company, whilst playing the role of the Group’s total Facility Management.

Zakithi Nkomo, a qualified talent acquisition professional who holds over 10 years’ experience in talent acquisition from various South African Corporate companies.

She is the Sakhile Ezweni Group of Companies’ General Manager; Human Resource and Marketing (Forming part of the female leadership of the company) whose portfolio includes overseeing the talent and Human Resource in the company but also transcends into Marketing.

Mehleli Mike Sidambe is the National Operations Manager for Sakhile Ezweni Group of Companies.

Mike’s National Operations Manager role stems from over 15 years’ experience in security management. He started his career at a junior level where he learned and garnered experience in security management, affording him growth into senior roles where he oversaw security operations and ultimately awarded managerial position by merit. Being in a senior security operations management role allowed Mike to not only focus on security but diversify in knowledge of other departments and total operations.
